Welcome to the Colorado Rat Breeders Organization homepage,
This Organization is made up of breeders in the wonderful colorful state of Colorado, We have gathered here in this small breeder's website to share our breeding goals with other breeders, to give tips and genetic help to each other. All of the breeders here breed under their own code of conduct but always have the health and welfare of their rats in mind,
The main goal of all our breeders here is to breed for Health, Temperament, and Longevity. Breeding out any genetic faults that may cause the fancy to live a shorter life, any genetic faults such as tumors, cancer and strong upper respiratory illnesses are always breed out of the lines to ensure that every rat born in the ratteries are bred with the strongest traits humanly possible in our rats.
Here you will find links and listings of breeders who have joined this organization and those who were aloud to join our ranks. We as breeders tend to stick together in achieving our goals, Even though we may only talk and never exchange rats, our number one goal is to bring you the pet owner the best quality rat we can breed to make the most outstanding pet ever.

We never average more then 8 litters a year, since over breeding isn't our goal. All litters are breed with full waiting lists already established and all rat kittens already pre-adopted to ensure every rat kitten already has a home waiting before they are even weaned.
